3 years ago, I did a survey for teens with epilepsy between the ages of 14 and 18. We wrote a survey in a room about epilepsy awareness and ways to inform the public of a rising issue. I thought it was a little weird that we had to write it in a room with 100 people but I also realized that people were much worse off than I was. The questions really made me think about how epilepsy sounds and looks to people who have never been exposed to it. I do think the questions were effective because they really helped put me in the shoes of everyone around me and truly understand how they react and feel about the situation.
Hi Ethan that's a great example of research! Thank you for raising it during class as well as it contributed to our discussion as an example of non-product research.
